Looking for a server that's willing/able to support a DV survivor sharing about my experiences & directly posting about an abuser w thousands of followers & his own instance. I appreciate the support of kind.social this year but it's unfair for a single moderator to be dealing w this much harassment over my presence.

Values and measures go hand-in-hand.
MAUs, likes, churn, subs, etc ... are the vocab of the SM industry -- but these proprietary metrics tend to fall short of measuring social good or user satisfaction.
If we judge AoiR instance on those metrics, we fail. There are other measures that can help, but not ready to discuss yet.

I didn't start off using it.
But, when I started using it, I was able to stop the muscle loss, as I could see how much protein, fat, and carbs I was eating.
Although, I had to do a bit of research to figure out how much protein, fat, and carbs to eat for my goals. And then, configure that in the app.
I even did things that seem to go beyond what the app tracks. Such as the different types of fats you need, vitamins you need, etc.

Self hosted trail mapping and GPS tracking with Wanderer
I deployed an instance of Wanderer and defined a route in preparation for my upcoming trip to The Great Smokey Mountains National Park next week. This service uses #ActivityPub but I haven't been able to follow my account from #Mastodon yet... Even so I'm glad to add this to my #selfhosted arsenal. I will be live streaming on #Owncast during my hike, and I'll also edit the footage for #PeerTube.
